We represent you, the buyer or the tenant, providing a tailored property search service for clients in Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex.
We search for your dream property, offer our impartial advice and manage the entire process through to a successful purchase or rental — achieving the best price, on terms which suit you.
How does it work?
Step 1: the search and shortlisting
We put together a ‘brief’ based on our initial meeting, where you will detail precisely what you are looking for and how we can help you. We then visit properties which we think might suit you and draw up a shortlist for you to consider. Once you have chosen your favourite properties, we arrange and accompany you to the viewings.
Step 2: making an offer and negotiation
Every negotiation is different — requiring a sensitive and tactical approach to getting you the right property, at the right price and on the right terms. Once we have secured the property for you and terms are agreed, we work with your solicitor or other advisors to assist with any issues that might affect the terms of purchase or rental.
Step 3: carrying out due diligence
No stone is left unturned when it comes to protecting your best interests. We investigate all relevant aspects of your potential purchase or rental before you commit, to ensure you have complete peace of mind when it comes to your move. We also work with lawyers, surveyors, architects and potential planning advisors to produce a due diligence report before you sign on the dotted line.
Step 4: managing the transaction
Once terms are agreed, we assist with any issues which might affect the purchase. If we are searching for a rental property, then we act as the ‘go-between’ you and the agent, handling all the tenancy administration.
